Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Cloudwood Entertainment, a platform for independent artists to create profiles and share music, reels and videos. Please read them with our Privacy Policy before creating an account or uploading content.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate account information and only use an artist identity you are entitled to use. Keep your password and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and should tell the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.
Google sign-in is optional and subject to Google’s own terms. Email/password accounts and Google-created accounts may use different sign-in methods; matching email addresses do not automatically merge accounts.
2. Artist enrollment
You may select one or more entertainment disciplines and publish a profile describing your work. Enrollment does not constitute talent representation, employment, an agency agreement, professional accreditation or a promise of bookings, income, audience growth or industry opportunities. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your profile and claims.
3. Ownership and permission to host your work
You retain the rights you hold in content you upload. By publishing content, you grant Cloudwood a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, host, reproduce as technically necessary, display and stream that content to operate and make it available through the service. This permission applies while the content is hosted, with limited continued processing for backups, security and legal obligations after removal. It does not transfer ownership of your work.
You must own the necessary rights or have permission from the relevant rights holders and people shown or heard. This includes rights in music compositions, recordings, performances, images, scripts, samples and third-party material. Uploading a cover song, remix or clip may require permissions beyond owning the recording. Do not upload confidential information or another person’s private information without permission.
4. Public content and acceptable use
Published profiles and uploads are public. Do not use Cloudwood to impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, harass or threaten people, exploit children, distribute unlawful content, upload malware, spam, evade account restrictions, or interfere with the service’s security or availability. Do not attempt to access another artist’s account or delete their work.
You may view and play content through the service. These terms do not give you ownership of another artist’s work or a separate right to copy, redistribute, commercially exploit or reuse it. Obtain the rights holder’s permission where required.
5. Uploads, playback and service limits
Uploads are subject to supported formats, file-size limits and per-artist storage quotas shown in the service. Reels are intended to be 90 seconds or shorter. Playback depends on file encoding, the viewer’s browser, connection and hosting capacity. The service does not automatically convert every file into a supported format.
Keep your own original files and backups. Cloudwood is not an archival storage service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted playback or availability. The operator may change reasonable technical limits as the service evolves.
6. Reports and removal
If content infringes your rights or violates these terms, contact the operator below. Include the content title or location, a description of the concern, your contact details and the basis of your authority to report it. For copyright complaints, identify the work you own and the allegedly infringing material. Do not submit knowingly false reports.
The operator may investigate reports and restrict or remove content or accounts where necessary to enforce these terms, meet legal obligations or protect the service. Where appropriate and permitted, affected users should receive an explanation and a way to ask for review. The current site does not provide an automated moderation or reporting dashboard.
7. Deleting content and ending use
You may stop using Cloudwood at any time and delete your uploads through the artist studio. Contact the operator to request account deletion. Removal from the active service does not remove copies already made by others, and limited backup or legal retention may apply as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
Cloudwood may link to or use Google sign-in, fonts and sample media providers. Those services are independently operated and subject to their own terms and policies. Sample profiles are illustrative; appearing in sample photography does not imply an endorsement or membership.
9. Fees and commercial arrangements
This version does not include payments, subscriptions, artist royalties or monetization features. Any future paid service or separate commercial arrangement must state its price and applicable terms before you agree to it. These terms alone do not create a payment obligation.
10. Responsibility and legal rights
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cloudwood does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose, or that artist content is accurate or authorized. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The operator’s applicable liability provisions and dispute arrangements must be reviewed for its jurisdiction before launch.
11. Changes to these terms
The operator may revise these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. The revised date will appear here. Where required, material changes should be notified before taking effect and additional agreement requested. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and contact the operator about your account and content.
12. Contact and governing law
Support, privacy and copyright contact: To be supplied by the site owner before public launch.
Operator: Cloudwood Entertainment. The legal entity, registered/contact address and governing law must be confirmed by the site owner. These terms do not select a jurisdiction until those details are supplied and reviewed.
